Three people. All work done in-house. Founded in Parma in 2019. We design websites, brand identities, and e-commerce stores for Italian businesses and international clients who want Italian design quality.
nicedesigning was started by Lorenzo Bianchi in Parma in 2019. Lorenzo had spent six years designing websites and visual identities for agencies in Milan before returning to Emilia-Romagna and setting up independently. The return was deliberate. Parma is one of the most commercially productive cities in Italy â food production, manufacturing, professional services, luxury goods â and most of the businesses here had digital design that did not match the quality of what they actually made or sold.
Martina Ferrara joined in 2021. She handles UI and UX design for all projects, with particular focus on e-commerce and mobile interfaces. Davide Conti joined in 2022 to manage developer handoffs, documentation, and the technical side of design system work. The team has stayed at three deliberately. Every project is handled by the same people who quoted it.
The client base reflects the Parma and broader Emilia-Romagna economy: food and agriculture, professional services, hospitality, artisan manufacturing, retail. Some clients have been working with us since the first year. We have also worked with clients in Milan, Rome, and internationally â companies and individuals who found the studio through published work and wanted the design quality without the Milan agency overhead.

Lorenzo started nicedesigning in 2019 after six years at agencies in Milan. He leads every brand identity and website engagement from brief to delivery and makes the design decisions that define the project direction.
Martina handles UI and UX design for all projects, with particular expertise in e-commerce and mobile interfaces. She joined in 2021 from a product design consultancy in Bologna.
Davide manages design systems, documentation, and all developer handoff work. He is the reason our Figma files are annotated precisely enough to build from without a design conversation.
