A Website Redesign engagement starts with an audit of what you currently have. We look at structure, messaging, visual quality, mobile performance, and the specific points where the current site is causing you problems. We tell you what we find before we agree a redesign scope.
From the audit, we establish which pages need redesigning (usually the homepage and two or three primary pages), what needs to stay the same, and whether the brand identity itself is holding the site back. Sometimes the answer is that the design is the problem. Sometimes the copy is. Sometimes the structure. Often all three.
The redesign covers up to six pages and follows the same systematic process as a new site build: wireframes first, visual design from approved wireframes, Figma handoff with full annotations. The difference is that we are working within an existing brand context rather than establishing a new one.
For clients who also want to update their brand identity as part of the refresh, we can run the two workstreams in parallel. Combined scope is quoted as a package rather than separately.
