Because nicedesigning provides custom digital design services, refunds depend on the stage of the project at the time of the refund request. This policy explains the applicable conditions.
A full refund is available if you cancel the project within 7 calendar days of payment and before we have conducted the discovery session. To request a cancellation, email billing@nicedesigning.com with your name and order reference.
If the discovery session has taken place but no design deliverables have been produced or shared, a 60% refund of the amount paid is available within 7 days of the discovery session. 40% is retained to cover the time and research invested.
No refund is available once any design deliverables (wireframes, visual designs, brand concepts, or any Figma work) have been shared with the client. At that point, the creative work has been performed and the value transferred.
Add-on services (SEO setup, copywriting, speed optimisation, maintenance plan) are refundable only if no work has begun. Support hours are non-refundable once any portion of the agreed hours has been used.
Email billing@nicedesigning.com with your name, email used at purchase, and a brief description of the reason. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days via Stripe.
If you have a concern about work quality or service delivery, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute. We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may affect your eligibility for future services.
