All nicedesigning services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are sent by post or courier. All deliverables are shared electronically via Figma share links, file download links, or email attachment, as appropriate for each deliverable type.

Delivery timelines begin from the date the discovery brief is completed and signed off by both parties, not from the date of payment. Payment confirms the booking; the project clock starts at brief sign-off.
For website and landing page design: a Figma file containing all page designs for desktop and mobile breakpoints, fully annotated with spacing values, colour codes, and component documentation. An interactive prototype. SVG and PNG asset exports. A developer handoff session by video call.
For brand identity design: the above plus Illustrator source files, print-ready PDF exports, PNG exports at standard sizes, and a brand usage guidelines PDF.
For e-commerce design: all screens defined in the service scope, a Figma component library, and a developer handoff session.
Timelines assume client feedback is provided within 5 business days of each review milestone. Delays caused by late client feedback extend the delivery timeline proportionally. nicedesigning is not responsible for delays caused by the client.
Minor corrections within 14 days of final delivery are included at no additional charge. Post-delivery revision rounds and support hours are available as paid services.
