When you contact us through the contact form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and the content of your message. When you purchase a service through our checkout, we collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and country. Payment data is collected and processed exclusively by Stripe, Inc. We do not receive or store card numbers.
When you visit the site, our hosting provider may log your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL in standard server logs. We use these logs to diagnose technical problems and understand aggregate site usage.
We use your contact details to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to manage the project. We use purchase information to deliver the services you ordered and to issue receipts.
